As in Complaint:
Plaintiff alleges that the defendants manufacture and market Bosch Display DDU7 (see Fig.1) that
infringes the ‘851 patent. It is a device that can be mounted on the dashboard
of a motor vehicle with a programmable display and data logging system that
allows engine data from a vehicle’s electronic control unit to be displayed on
the screen in configurable visual images such as bar graphs, gauges or numeric
indicators. Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch Engineering GmbH manufacture Bosch
Display DDU7 in Germany and ship to Robert Bosch LLC and Bosch Engineering
North America to market in the US.
