The control system provides the correlation between the displayed source or event name, the devices necessary to air the source or event and the routing necessary to air the event or source and then activates the proper devices to perform the task. Plaintiff alleges that defendant manufactures and markets touch-screen controlled tablets that include a media player and the ability to update a playlist of music, including Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire HD that infringe the claims in the ‘324 patent.
