A patent infringement suit (1:13-cv-10341) is filed in the
Massachusetts District Court on Feb 22, 2013. The case involves the patent
US7092509 entitled Contact center system
capable of handling multiple media types of contacts and method for using the
same and is currently assigned[i] to Microlog
Corporation (source: MaxVal’s Assignment
Database).
Microlog’s patented system enables the
companies to control the flow of the multiple types of media communication
received from its customers.
The
complaint says that defendants’ products and services including the Cisco
Intelligent Contact Management and the Cisco Unified Contact Center (Cisco),
Aspect Unified IP (Aspect Software), Dynamic Agent Desktop (RightNow
Technologies), nGen CIM and the Customer Spaces (Moxie Software), Computer
Telephony Interface (Contact Solutions), Genesys CIM Platform (Genesys), infringe
the methods described in the ‘509 patent.
