A joint stipulated motion for dismissal with prejudice of claims was filed by Maxim and Walmart.  Based upon the stipulation of dismissal, the Court ordered all claims brought by Maxim against Walmart and all counterclaims brought by Walmart against Maxim as dismissed with prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees.
