Puma North America in Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Defendant: Puma North America
Puma North America is sued by EMG Technology which claims that their patent US7441196 has been infringed. The case (6:13-cv-00145) was filed on Feb 12th in Texas Eastern District Court. The patent with the title Apparatus and Method of Manipulating a Region on a Wireless Device Screen for Viewing, Zooming and Scrolling Internet Content is currently assigned[i] to EMG Technology (sourced from Maxval’s Assignment Database). The invention relates to electronic information services and electronic commerce services. More specifically, the invention relates to providing easy navigation to facilitate access to such services and improved web access through various devices.
The complaint does not clearly state the infringing product, however, simply says that “Puma is infringing the instrumentalities embodying the invention”. 
There are other cases filed by EMG on the same day against Autozone (6:13-cv-00143) and Green Mountain Coffee Rosters (6:13-cv-00144) for the same patent with no implication about the infringing product.
