Puma North America is sued by EMG Technology which claims
that their patent US7441196 has been infringed. The case (6:13-cv-00145) was filed on Feb 12th in
Texas Eastern District Court. The patent with the title Apparatus and Method of
Manipulating a Region on a Wireless Device Screen for Viewing, Zooming and
