The invention also allows a seller to make his goods or services available upon a user search based on geographic levels.
GeoTag filed a motion to dismiss the case and considering it, the Court ordered that all the claims asserted in this suit against IBM and netMedia be dismissed without prejudice with no charges imposed on any parties.
